how do you report people who enter a game then wont play but you cant boot them?

they start to play then when its there turn they sit there but you cant boot them because there ping in not 180 secs

copy down their id,use this link,abuse tab. report who and what they are doing.include date,time,and game & lounge #.

it has nothing to do with ''ping '' .....the idle time needs to be 3 minutes ......some losers like to slow play in an attemp to piss you off so you quit and then they can take the ff and bost there rating ........
