When I'm on the phone with my boyfriend, he tells me everything. But, I'm not as open to topics as he is. Sometimes he asks me what do I want to talk about, but I don't know what to talk about. Sometimes he tells me he loves my personality and other sweet things. But, I don't know how to respond to the sweet things. Also how can I show him how much I like him like he shows me all the time. I'm afraid if I don't open up more he'll get bored and dump me.

Two things about your question stood out in my mind:
1. A difficulty in expressing certain feelings
2. A difficulty in responding to sweet things, or compliments.
For #1, I'd recommend complete honesty. Try saying those difficult things when you're alone and in front of a mirror, and then remember those things so that you can explain them to him. A successful relationship is one where both partners are capable and comfortable with expressing their whole selves.
As for #2, it's very common for many people to have a hard time handling compliments. This is mainly because there are plenty of families and social groups that don't give compliments very often (it just isn't a part of their communication style). The best response to a compliment is really "Thanks". Excessive compliments can be too much when they come across as simply routine, meaningless, and sickening sweet, but some compliments are appropriate and important. When he compliments you, I'd suggest that you thank him and give him a compliment in return.

just talk about the things that do interest u like u would w/ any other friend. get a blank card and write him a note telling him how much u do care, or just be up front ans tell him i like u alot but i'm not good at opening up to people. good luck

talkin about things is the hardest thing to do in a realtionship, u sound a lot like me. i was so scared to open up to my fiance cause i was afraid that i would get hurt again for the 5th time, so whenever he wanted to talk about stuff or we would fight, id just go hide and not say anythin until it went away, but it never really did. its hard to talk to someone u really care about and tell them how u feel cause of that, im trying SOOO hard to talk to him thou and i think he can tell, the best thing to do is tell him how ur feeling about and just kinda let it go from there. start out with little things like wat u like that he does for u and maybe that might get him talking, ya never kno... tell me how it goes, as crazy as it sounds, u do sound alot like me and wat me and fiance r goin thur

just say i love you and take the compliment when given when he least expects it hug him and just do what ever be spontanios once in a while he will like it

maybe you don't like him as much as you think you do. whatever you decide - don't have sex with him - you have too much to lose and you don't owe it to him.
