In reality he did not offend the Cubans and the ricans he just did not get his point across( like always)....The guy is an Idiot that totally forgot where he came from... He is an Immigrant like a lot of people , now the Jackass thinks that he the right to label Latins....do not get too offended because ARNIE is a moron......by the way he already apologize yesterday ..hahaha like I care!!!

He forgot what role he was starring in at the time. But I don't think it was meant to be a mean statement. He really thinks PR's and Cubans are hot because of the mixed element.

Good grief, he didn't mean it in a bad way. I see latinos all the time referring to themselves as hot & spicy, which btw, they are.
