Nothing,,,,,,,,,,She may just be caught up in the passion of the moment and hollered someones name that she used to like. If she is good in the bed and loves you and makes you happy ,,,let it go and don't make an issue of it.

I dunno. But i bet you she's thinking about someone else. Usually, people tend to think of somebody else when they're having sex with a certain person.
