left bottom or right bottom?

i think people mostly get their lip pierced in the middle or on the left side of their bottom lip.

Which ever side you prefer! I had one on the left but preferred the middle so I stuck with that one. With my facial piercings I thought they had to look "balanced". For example, I have my left eyebrow done so I did my right nostril. When I had my Marilyn, I got it done on the left. My ears are even so I just stuck with the same number in each ear. Are you thinking of having your lip done?
