Nursing is not an easy major. But when you potentially have lives in your hands - you want someone who is smart doing the assessment of the situation. And, as you will soon find out, nurses do most of the assessments, communicate with the doctor, monitor the treatment and have to be confident to stand up to a doctor when what they ordered isn't working.
I went to college, got a BA, before I went to nursing school. My college was a notoriously tough one. I thought that I should have a bit of a leg up, having survived college. Nope. I had to study my butt off. But, I've been doing it for 28 years now.
I survived with lots of hard work - you can too.

Nursing is not too difficult if you have excellent study skills. There are many different ways the mind learns and you have to find the way that works best for you. A better question than asking about how hard Nursing is but rather "what have you found to be helpful in memorizing the many terms you need to know in the medical profession?"

You should be scared!!!!!! You have not lived life until you have to take a Biology in college! UMMMMM.......Its going to take everything you have to barely get through these classes because they consume sooooooooooo much of your time you will have nothing else to think about except the memorizing involved. If someone says its easy.............their lying! Its awful!
