Pain during intercourse can have a variety of causes, including an infection of your genital tract (also known as pelvic inflammatory disease). You should consult your regular primary care physician or gynecologist.

Do you cramp up any other time than when you're having sex?

It might be the muscles in your lower abdomen are cramping from lack of exercise. Maybe the muscles just need some toning. Try doing some exercises for your stomach region. Maybe some sit ups. Start to tone the muscles that you use during sex.

If this doesn't seem to work, contact your ob/gyn or your family doctor.

You are probably a little irritated in the vagina to much sex can do that. It's friction. I was having to much sex and it started to bother me so i slowed down for awhile maybe 2 to 3 times a week. It helped. maybe you haveendimetriosis my friend has it and it's very painful during sex and even when she is nt having sex. But more than likely just to much sex. Slow down.

This is something you should be asking your OB/GYN - not one here. There could be an infection, or other things. Whatever it is, the sooner your get it checked, the sooner you can go back to your normal daily activities.
