i want this guy 2 notice me, he like sports and i do too, he thinks im smart but i dunno if he likes me, he's a year older, we get along great and we have known each other 4ever. we even went out 4 a little while, but i dunno if he still like me. how can i tell! this question is 4 the guys who know their feelings

The problem you have is that you don't know if he has already noticed you. You've been friends for so long - he may be feeling the same way you do. (wondering if you noticed him)
The only way you're going to know is to make the first move.
You have define that move. I don't think it needs to be done through sexy dress though, that can distract a guy. :)
You do need to create a moment that brings the two of you together with little distraction - so that you can focus on each other. You'll need to ask him if he would like to take the relationship beyond friendship.
