There are some information that are unmovable for a handful of motives...some equipment information won't be able to be moved, very great information won't be able to be moved each and every so often (reckoning on the size of your tension), and on occasion there won't additionally be adequate loose area on the strain for it to swap stuff around whilst defragging. extra beneficial than possibly they're in simple terms unmovable equipment information nonetheless if I had to wager.

Master File Table cannot be moved while defragmenting, it contains all the information about all your files and stuff and for some reason it doesn't get defragmented. Thats the only thing I can think of why something is not getting defraged.

It means that the file is either in use so it cannot be moved. Or if it's a windows swap file it cannot be moved, virtual memory, ram on the hard drive. Most window files cannot be moved because window files are constantly running. That's the best answer I can give lol.
