GUESS WHAT? We found weapons of mass destruction after in Iraq after the liberal media capitalized on the fact at that time that we didn't. The terrorists were hiding in the mosques which we weren't about to bomb. The New York Times and CNN want us to lose this war. I'm extremely opionated about this subject. We've stopped 3 terrorists attacks since 9/11. Bush takes no more vacation than any other president = the truth. TEXAS rocks! Bush is awesome! I have so much patriotism and I have strong held values that are very close to me everywhere I go. Any more questions? I'm about the same age as you. WE SHOULD KEEP FIGHTING. OMG... I freakin' hate it when people judge me from my age. MOST ADULTS ARE LIARS. President George W. Bush is Christian and I'm mature for my age. Adults are like little kids inside, but they try and hide it. I met someone yesterday and that's the first person I've met in years it seems like that agrees with me on a lot of things. JUST BECAUSE YOU'RE YOUNG DOESN'T MEAN YOU AREN'T INFORMED. E-mail me or w/e... I'm bored now.

I don't like the current president based on a number of things. The first thing is where the heck did fiscal conservatism go? The next thing is the Patriot Act is just a bit too shady for me. Also authority should be questioned all the time no matter if its the President of the United States or the local mayor. If we had more people like that then we would have less sheep that ignorantly follow either of the two major political party.

People don't understand the requirements of being the President of the United States. When people complain about a problem, ask them what is their solution. The most common answer is "I don't know". For this generation, life is too easy for the people of the United States which gives them lots of time to complain. They should have grew up in the "depression" days and the years following it....... Pops

Those who love the country should be first in line to depose Bush.
It's beyond me how anyone can claim to support the country, yet allow the total destruction of the Constitutional framework the country was founded upon. Doesn't being a patriot mean first defending the Constitution?
Isn't that why military officers and officers of the courts are required to swear an oath to defend the Constitution against "all enemies, foreign and domestic"?

When the president in question trys to stomp on the constitution and disembowel environmental protections and move the country from a balanced budget to the worst deficit in US history and enter into a false war where thousands of innocent people die all for the benefit of the worlds largest cor-pirate entities, then it gives one pause for thought. I don't hate the man, I just think he's a awful president.
Loving your country means to stand up for what is right -- not to goose-step while the powers that be to ruin everything the founders of our nation stood for.

People hate authority, and everyone thinks they know someone who could do a better job. The government can never make everyone happy. A president has to take a stance on many controversial issues, therefore there will always be people against them. If a president supports abortion, pro-lifers will hate him. If a president is against gay marriage, equal rights activists will hate him.
You can't win.
But yeah, Bush sucks @ss ;D

You can still love your country and hate your president! I hate my prime minister in Canada, but I don't hate my country. There is a big division between country and those in power. In fact, being American and regarding your history, it is most patriotic of you to dislike abuses of power.
I don't think Bush is trying to do his best. Your economy is in a mess, yet under Clinton it was very healthy indeed. You have a war that, increasingly, nobody seems to want. and you have a president who says 'nuclular' rather than 'nuclear.'

Actually, most of us knew he was an idiot six years ago. The media is not bad mouthing him- they are reporting facts. The bad mouthing comes from the right and Fox News who have never had a positive thing to say about Democrats- and never have a negative thing to say about Republicans.

When you have a media that bad mouths anyone for 6 years, that tends to have an effect.

Historically, it is very much a love of America and what it stands for to publicly disagree with and even despise our leaders. It is both the beauty and the tragedy of our culture.
