sure, just work really hard and you will become great...Great enough to become pro? I'm not sure, but you won't know until you try it. The worst thing that will happen is that you'll learn something...The best thing that will happen is that you'll have fun and compete on a regular basis, and keep in shape.

If you're talking about becoming a World Champion in the Men's or Women's Divisions, then the answer is definitely... No!
In fact, in the history of Tennis this has never occured.
If you're talking about being an excellent tennis player in your age group, then the answer is definitely... Yes!
All you have to do is have some coordination and take PRIVATE tennis lessons. There's still plenty of time!

Anyone that practice the right amount of hours, with the right coah and the right drills can become a pro. Ofourse you have to be really good in order to stay in the circuit and at least make a little money-this is the thoughest part. Becoming a pro tennis player is easy; to stay as a pro is very difficult. Also keep in mind that you can become a pro but it will more difficult since you are older than, for example 8 yearl old kids who most of them already know how to play and compete nationaly and internationlly.

You could become the first. Usually tennis players start out at an early age. You have to be in great physical shape to play this sport. As long as you aren't out of shape you should be okay. Andre Agassi just retired and he is almost 40!!!!! Just keep practicing and I'll be looking for you in the US Open.

Obviously, but it may take a bit more time. However, what we learn as a kid gets imprinted in ourselves throughout our life(the same applies to tennis too) . Its a lot more difficult to learn hings in the unruly teenage. However, with determination, courage, and passion nothing is impossible( or rather impossible is nothing!!!!!!). Keep practising and u can certainly come out successful in 2-5 years. All the best!!!!!!!

Define great. If by great you mean professional, it would be very difficult. Most professionals especially girls turn pro by 18 or so and have worked on their games for years. However, many who get serious about it really young, get burned out and put there rackets down.
