Ok Lets Begin
Term "Duping" came from Diablo where players were able to copy the same item they have in the inventory due to a "bug", the way it was done is not important it was the idea that one of the biggest Multiplayer Games had this easy way to make money.
Now as to WOW there is a rumor however the video u saw could have being shoot on a private or illegal server ran by some guys for ppl who didn't buy the game but want to play it. knowing Blizzard and their lvl of compitance in game programming and can u imagine the reprocations of such "dupe" actually existing, It would kill entire economy overnight all it takes one person to have it per server so in total 80+ servers so if 80+ppl in this world would have there would be no economy in WOW.
Final thought: it is a scam cause u cant complein if they scam u, its like suing your crime partner after you robbed the bank for not sharing as agreed. U simply can't.

You can't.
Also even if there was a way you'd have your account banned for doing so.
And if it's the site io think it is I really woud not buy from them either Do quests do instaces and you won't ever need too.

I wouldn't do that if I was you.

if Blizz founds out (and they will) your account will be banned. No chance of getting it back then.
