Had the little dots for about 10 wks, some numbness with toes. Getting old I guess. Please comment.....no jokes please.

yes go to doctors ... circulation is getting to be a problem for you get 2 basins one with warm water and one with cold water and do alternate bathing to increase circulation .... if you have a health food shop near you get hawthorn berry tablets as they strengthen the walls of your veins etc

This needs to be checked out immediately. It sounds exactly like the problem that my friend's diabetic mom had. The rash turned into a sore that didn't heal and went gangrenous, and eventually she had to have her leg amputated.

I don't mean to scare you, but a diabetic should know that good foot care is critical to maintaining your health. Please don't EVER let a foot problem go untreated for this long again.

Could be a diabetic ulcer.....get it checked ASAP they can cause loss of limb.
