I'm interested in selling it, but what do i have to do? It's been in my family for years and been handed down to me. It's from a San Francisco Giants 1962 game and has the whole team's signatures from that year. What's my next step , anyone?

1. Yes , the signatures are all real and include greats such as Willie Mays , Willie Mcovey , and Manny Motta (who only played for the Giants that year) 2. I have no children or "legacy" to hand the ball down to.

I would take it to a sport collectible store. A lot of time comic book stores have things like that on sale. They would know either what it is worth or where you should go.

Do not put it on ebay until you can find someone to appraise it! that way if you want to do ebay you can set a reserved price.

It is definitely worth something, but don't get too excited. You never know how many balls like your exist or how many people want one and will pay for it.

give it to me..I'll take good care of it...I love baseball memorabilia and NOT for its sale value...I have a signed ball by the Montreal Expos with Tim Wallach, Tim Raines, Dennis Martinez etc.. as well as a glove signed by Nolan Ryan, a Pic of Reggie Jackson signed and a baseball by Mickey Mantle...not to mention a Steve Carlton and Tom Seaver signed cards among others..

Keep it, continue handing it down in your family.

The question is, are the signatures real or reproductions?
