I have some cool jewelry, but not a whole lot of new stuff. I have like to big bracelets. Butt any ideas what to buy, and where would be helpful. And I like bargains. Or something that I can work with what I have preferably, since I just bought a lot of new clothes.

A pair of "holey" jeans with a cute hollister or abercrombie shirt!Not all the shirts in hollister and abercrombie are like $20.I got a shirt from abercrombie resently that was only$15.50 and a pair of pants from hollister that were 34.50 so that's kinda expensive,but look on the clearance rack if you want stuff for $10 and less from those places!Or other stores that I love that aren't really expensive are American Eagle and Aeropostale you can get really cute jeans and shirts and a lot of other cute stuff from there!:) :) :)

accessorize.
make any simple outfit amazing with chunky bangles, matching layered necklaces, anything that's cute!
headbands and headscarves are in. they add a lot to your hair when you can't think of any hairstyles to use.
vintage hats, or earrings add some glam to any outfit.

since you added the additional details..
i think the best places to buy jewelry that is cute and still pretty cheap are Forever 21, Wet Seal, Claire's, Icing, BP at Nordstrom, Department stores, target, walmart, Urban Outfitters, and there's more. but those are just some ideas :)
also, to work with what you have, you don't need to buy anything new. just match some clothes with your accessories! it'll look really cute.

go with some perfect jeans, like comfy and looking great, with leg warmers, ahhh and of course a sexy lacy tank top and u have to accessorize with funky fun crazy beaded bracelets and necklaces with over sized rings and a fabulous bag to match, as well get some sweet funky shoes

If u like bargins...u should check out Aeropostle. The stuff is cute but cheap. Skinny jeans, black and white, red and ballet flats r really in now.

lacy tank top with a low v neck sweater or shirt and a pair of jeans. cant go wrong with jeans.
