One time, I was taking a test it was really quite and my stomach just made this really loud noise I was not even expecting it. It did not sound like growling noise because I did eat. I do here says toddk57 a male: it is called acid reflux or indegestion but in most cases for women stomache noises is
common just take Alkaselzer two tabs and put it in glass of water
let it desolve then drink it all down. Some time later a good burp
helps sure gas bubbles get trapped up there

If she is not eating she has either a tummy bug, a bit of gastroenteritis or a food related digestive upset, they are not always associated with diahroah or sickness, but you should be taking action. Either way, you should get her some pepto bismol, kaolin or something similar (dont ever use human grade anti diahroah remedies on dogs as some can be toxic and deadly). Feed her with a bland diet of chicken/fish and rice for a few days and make sure she is drinking. If a puppy has not drunk anything all day, it will be getting dehydrated and should be taken to the vets.

It might be stomach gas...it sucks, it happens to me a lot. You might want to go see a doctor and he can revise your diet and maybe prescribe something. I know how you feel, it's a very uncomfortable situation.

Nope. problem might be too much gas. take some anti-gas after you eat, and watch your diet.

Perhaps you are swallowing air when you eat. So you are creating wind in your stomach.
