i think it starts to stink, lol...seriously they made the 18 hour bra because some of the regualr bras begin to steatch out, and not hold the girls up like they should, so they made one that was more reliable for comfort that will keep its shape for 18 hours

It falls apart and the boobs start to head south pretty quick. It's not a pretty sight and you might want to stand back a bit.
