Regardless....the word failure to describe Bush is an understatement and hardly evil enough to be an accurate characteristic of Bush....
as well, he did succeed!...he succeeded at fixing an election...he succeeded at manipulating a country into believing in a war....he has succeeded at committing crimes against humanity and living the life of Riley.
He has succeeded at fulfilling his own personal agenda; regardless the cost of life now or in the future....
