it's a popup ad designed to look like a message from your computer. don't click it. right-click it on your taskbar on the bottom of your screen and select "close."

A lot more information would be useful. When does the message appear? What does it actually say? Does it tell you what program is sending the message, such as Dr Watson? Does it specify what it wants to debug?

Don't click on it!!! It just spam! They are trying to sell you some useless software. You need to use a pop-up blocker to prevent this from appearing again. However, if you like pop-up's you'll have to live with it. You have to take the good pop-up's with the spam. If you use the pop-up blocker it will stop ALL pop-ups

hi, i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. which is most powerful in popup blocking.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.
