If you were born on Feb. 29th, I guess you pick the day! Then, have a regular celebration every 4 years on the 29th!

This could be kind of nice- picking the day you want to have as your birthday! :)

Feb. 24 is always Feb. 24-Feb.29 occurs every 4 years(leap year)

my mom's birthday is on leap year (feb 29th) and we celebrate her "years on earth" whatever weenend date is closest to it, but we celebrate her "Birthday" on Feb 29th --when she turned 16 we threw a Sweet 16 party for her--we're waiting 6 more years for her to have her 21st Birthday, so that we can take her out for her first legal beer!
