Not mingers, just insecure. In today's world people just put all the emphasis on looks. And to be quite clear, yes I'm looking predominently at the male part of the population. Although saying that, most women are more bothered about what other women think of them than what men think.

It's like a competition I suppose. Men fight, women try to look their best, and you could consider make-up as warpaint.

I, for one, would love to go out with no make-up on. But I have red blemishes, a few spots and my eyelashes and eyes don't seem as long or as open without all that colour around to emphasise them. Things that seem to be the epitomy of looking attractive. And proper lipstick is back in this season so there's going to be even more 'war paint' around...

No its just that humans haven't been given any colours that stand out like in the animal world, animals and it is usually the males show off their great colours to woo a potential female, i think we got it wrong maybe it's ye that should be wearing the warpaint!!!
