My wife is currently sueing a $12 billion dollar company on 7 counts stemming from sexuall harassment, whistle blowing, and wrongful termination. The company has agreed to settle in mediation, and we are looking for a number to take to our lawyer. I'm sure our lawyer will have a good idea of how much to expect, and we would like to have an idea before we go in and meet with our lawyer to see if we are in the same ball park or if what our lawyer thinks is high or low. Any thoughts would be very helpful, thanks.

The most you can get is market price for a 'grope' in your area.

Check with local hookers for rates.

There is no scale. Talk to your lawyer. He knows the facts and the law. He knows what other people in similar situations have recovered. I have always been surprised how close opposite sides negotiating damages ( but unable to agree) have come to the award received after trial or mediation.

If they truly did what you say, I would say back pay since the day she was terminated, offer to get her job back, an apology letter, mandatory training for the entire company on sexual harrassment and I would say $20,000 per month for every month she had put up with verbal harassment (I'm not talking jokes, I am talking sexual advances or sexual language made towards her) and $100,000 per incident of physical harassment. If you could clarify the situation a little better, I might be able to give you a better suggestion.

Take for all you can. A company has no right to harass anyone. expecially a women. 100 million sounds good. And ask for the head of the CEO. FIREDDDDDD> Good luck
