Go to your control panel and look for the mouse setup icon. It will allow you to change the buttons, the sensitivity of the clicks, etc. The control panel in XP is usually available directly off the start option.
Good luck!

Go under START - CONTROL PANEL - click on PRINTERS AND OTHER HARDWARE, then double click on MOUSE. Check the box that says "Switch Primary and Secondary Buttons", click OK, then just close control panel.
