how hard is admission to UT- University of Texas- Austin?

what are the chances for admission into UT for in state person not in top 10% but in top 15%...gpa of 3.8...involved in school clubs...not involved in much else...taken honors courses...majoring in biology

They both ask two questions and if you get them both right you're in. 1. Are you breathing? 2. Is the check good?
