Casinos are big business, you can bet they don't pay most employees very much. If you live in a desert shithole you pretty much have to take whatever's there, and hope they don't try to rip off part of your tips.

It depends on at least 3 things, and probably more that I'm not thinking of. 1 - The casino and its location. 2 - the shift they put you on. (Time of day, and day of the week.) 3 - your looks and demeanor.
