Not much. Not so's you can breathe it. Mostly carbon dioxide, and even that's very thin compared to the CO2 in Earth's atmosphere. That said, there are some great Mars Surveyor pictures of cirrus clouds in its upper atmosphere. And it certainly has enough of an atmosphere to cause planetary-wide dust storms. The wind blows chill there, no doubt about that. 100s of degrees below zero. Brrrrrrr. At the equator on a nice summer day, the temperature can actually get up to about 50 or 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Warm enough to take off your jacket.

Arnold's film, Total Recall, gives you an idea of what it would be like to be exposed to Mars' atmosphere. It's not a pretty sight.

Plenty of oxygen there, but most of it is locked up in the rocks and dust now (the red color comes from iron oxide).

Presumably at one time there was more oxygen in the atmosphere of Mars, but until we do a lot more exploring it will be very hard to accuratley determine how long ago that was.

Ther is oxygen trapped in the ice at the polar caps (Hydrogen and Oxygen = water). However, even if forced to melt the atmosphere is so thin that most of it would escape into space.

Nasa has some great sites telling you everything.
Short answer, not enough oxygen for life like you, and the pressure is so low it wouldn't matter if it was all oxygen.

Yes there is but u have to dig deep (100 metres +).
I found this out last week when I was "stage diving" at the "dextio7" concert & had to refill my oxygen tank.
