id say yeah my ex boyfriend wud call me up the next morning n say he had wet dream i was quite shocked to hear it the 1st time but a month or 2 later he told me again he was 24 at the time aswel i told him to ask the doctor, the doctor said its normal you have a healthy sex drive which tends to excelerate while ur asleep maybe u dont dream of sex but you can feel the pleasure so its normal
