i know look at the feedback. but ive been screwd on there and they say that they have at least 100 sells.

If it's a specific thing you're worried about, you could try messaging some of the other people who have left good feedback.

I have been screwed too. Lost about 200 bucks in the last 8 months. One person (after have a good feedback and buying from them) was a closed account!!! Fiqure out that one!!

I haven't been scammed yet on Ebay...but I make sure I try and buy from someone with thousands of positive feedback.

I don't think there is any good way to tell if the feedback does not help. There are cheats everywhere.
