Oh my gosh please tell me you're kidding. Unless your a 70 yr old widow living home alone with 12 sick cats, this is not your correct course of action. First, is the 16 yr old throwing the party your's...NO? then it's not your problem. Does your child plan on attending this party...NO? then it's not your problem. Are you buying the alcohol... NO? still not your problem.
Did you like to "tattle-tale" in school? Cause it seems like you want to now! First of all you won't have to report it because a neighbor or jealous uninvited teen will, Guaranteed. Second, don't feel responsible for what happens at that party or after. The parents of the 16yr old, and the parents of the underage drinkers who attend have only themselves to blame for their crappy parenting skills.
Another guarantee is that it all ways leaks out. Who snitched! Prepare for an endless barrage of flaming crap on your porch, T.P. in your trees, prank calls, mysteriously dead pets, and heaven help YOUR kid if it goes to school with these teens.

No,someone will end up doing it for you.These parties always get busted.I know because I used to go to every one of them as a
teenager.
