Naruto, Naruto, NARUTO! Oh vey. I know it is a good show, but it gets annoying seeing like a thousand Naruto questions a day. Don't get me wrong, I like the show but geeze. Hmm.. My favorite anime shows are Slayers (all series), Tenchi Muyo (OAV, Universe, and movies) Ranma 1/2, Cowboy Bebop, Hiyao Miyazaki Collection, and DN Angel.

hmm.. Tactics. Matantei Loki Ragnarok.
I like manga better than anime. Also, if you really like anime... try watching some not-so-mainstream ones. And watching them in japanese. JP voices may not be as... dynamic as US ones sometimes, but they tend to fit the characters better. And the acting is just better in most cases.
