Ohhhhh yes. I have one. The key to winning with the deck itself won't help you win. You need the fusion monsters. Those are the kick @ss cards. The regular monsters are okay, but won't help you in attacking. I suggest getting an E-Hero Flame Wingman and an E-Hero Thunder Giant. Also make sure you have at least two polymerizations, and two fusion sages. It's optional to have a fusion gate, but i wouldnt reccomend it. Have at least two of every basic E-Heroes. There's this one card that might help you in a tight situation: Skyscraper. It's a field card that raises an E-Hero's attack by 1000 if it's attacking a monster with a higher attack. Also, have cards like The Warrior Returning Alive, Dark Factory of Mass Production, Reinforcements of the army, Hero Signal, and O-Oversoul. Those cards get back you're E-Hero's you used for fusion summoning or getting some from your deck. Yeah, well that's all you need to know. (by the way, certain equip/spell cards for your E-Hero's [ Feather Shot for Avian, Bubble Blaster for Bubbleman, Bubble Shuffle for Bubbleman, etc.] are reccomended.

E-Heros are NOT tournament worthy. The common ones are mostly vanilla* monsters and the fusions are ok but their ATK is usually weak. Warrior Toolbox, Beastdown, and various kinds of Recruiter are the decks to play.
Warrior Toolbox-The name says it all. Warrior monsters with various effects to suits all kinds of situations.
Beastdown-A solid beatdown deck with heavy hitters like Berserk Gorilla and Enraged Battle-Ox. Bazoo The Soul Eater is the star of this deck and Return From The Different Dimension is his best partner in crime. Manticore of Darkness is sometimes played in this deck.
Recruiter-Recruiter decks use monsters that search out other monster to provide defense and set up for a sacrifice, a combo, or both. Example, in a Fiend Recruiter deck you would play Giant Germ. When all 3 are in the graveyard you remove them from play to Special Summon Dark Necrofear. I suspect there will be quite a few Strike Ninja Recruiter decks in the near future.
*vanilla=normal monster

E-Hero is jank. Even D-Heros are better, I wouldn't bother making one. I would make a Warrior Toolbox (hottest thing right now). If you want to update on which deck is hot go to either pojo.com or metagame.com

same as c.c. but if u are gud maybe u can!
it depends on how u play the game
but dont rely too much on televisions
these are some of cards:( if u can find them )
b.l. soldier envoy of the beginning
horus b.f. dragon lv 6-8
black magician
terrorking salmon
sorcerrrer of dark magic
Blue eyes shining dragon (there is an easy way to summon)
Dark Paladin
Exodia complete
3 god Cards (useless lol)
The easy way:
If u have summoner of illusions
blue eys ultimate (fusion card)
Blue eyes shining
first call sum.. of illusions then offer
a monster on ur field to special summon b.e.u.d.
then attack and on m2 sacrifice b.e.u.d. for shining dragon
(if u have them on ur hand)
the trick in yu gi oh is to have negation to all kinds of
trap or magic and have monsters w/ effects that disables
the opponent
