It's been bothering me for my whole life and I would like to know what is the best way to get rid of it without damaging my right eye.

You should go to a good dermatogolist, a skin doctor. If you do it yourself, you risk injuring your eye and scarring your skin. Any facial skin should be treated with great care. It's the first thing that people see about you.

See a doctor, they may be able to freeze it off, without doing damage. I don't know if those compound w wart freeze off things will work, but I wouldn't recommend doing anything until you have seeked out qualified help.

my mom had a mole above her eye, and the BEST way to get rid of it is surgery.

See a specialist- a dermatologist- this is nothing to play around with. You could live to regret it if you do the wrong thing.

Lots of people got moles you're not alone maybe you should keep it or cover it with makeup.

for real see a doc, sometomes they just cut it off, it's just a small wound, like getting scratched.
