I used to wonder about that but it depends on the people who report you! This prolly won't win any prizes but I'm gonna say it anyway; certain people here they have power & can get yours or my question removed while others need a whole bunch of people to back them! And being that the questions are asked in various catagories the same people don't hang out in them all!
