I'm thinking about going to law school, but I want to know what I would be doing it for first.

I'm a journalist right now, so obviously I like writing. Also, I enjoy talking about business models. And I enjoy deal-making, too.

dont listen to the retard above me. we certainly do not need anymore sleezeball journalists in the country. Law school is an awesome investment and youll be making more than most americans do salary wise before you even graduate. Corporate large firm law brings in the most money over 200k a year pending the firm, degree, and experience/position

Just adding:
I like how uneducated idiots assume they know anything about law school or lawyers. ok yes there are alot of scumbags like OJ simpson getting off and other people who represent criminals. But ummm unless you want live in a completly undemoratic fascist country there an important part of the legal system. and that is just criminal lawyers, you can work for the DA department, corporate law, or into other politics.

We have way too many lawyers in this country. We need more good journalist. If you want to right wrongs than do hard hitting articles about the injustices in our country. You will make more of a difference by raising peoples awareness.
