You can have cramps before you start your period as well as during. It's not unusual. try using a pad and not a tampon. This may be the before stage. Your period can change in timing and flow.

TMI -- too much information.

WTMI -- waaaaaay too much information.

This is definitely WTMI. And if you're having "leeks," you seriously need to go to the doctor to check out why you've got an onion-type veggie in a place that it shouldn't be.

The word is "leaks," and there could be any number of reasons for what's going on. I doubt that anyone here is a gynecologist, which is the person who could answer your question. Call one ASAP.

What kind of leeks? Are you spotting? or is it clear or white? Maybe you just need to give it a day or two. If it doesn't come then you should take a pregnancy test. If thats negative then you should go see your gyno

I always get cramps before my period. Don't worry about it unless you have had cramps for like a week and still no blood. Then get a preg test or visit the doctor or both.

Put a pad on and see if something comes out. Maybe the tampon isn't allowing it to pass.

Take something for the cramps. Midol or Pamperin help.
