A married man that is friendly to everyone and well respected in the community, but comments to a single women often that she is special. He seems to notice her moods,comments that he misses her if she is gone from work, and has exchanged looks into eyes ocassionally. Although this happens often, he doesn't always show signs of interest, and has not made any moves to advance the relationship. Which gets confused with him being just friendly or fighting feelings for her.

He maybe attracted to her, but because of his position in the community and being a Christian and all, he may not pursue her in that way. He's human and things like that do happen, but if he is sincerely a christian, he should avoid her if he is attracted to her, not unless he is not already married.
We all struggle with temptation, we just have to either pray to over come it through faith and obidence or fall into it and suffer the consequences and all the broken hearts that will be hurt weather family, or friends...

i think that lady ought to avoid being alone with that man and draw firm boundaries around their friendship
the warning signs are there - getting involved with someone already married is bad news all round
consider the possible consequences of that and please please dont get involved
