i am tan and kinda bronze so i don't know like when it's ok to wear BLACK eyeliner.... i have honey brown eyez. Any suggestions?????

Black can be very harsh, and is extremely hard to pull off during the day. I would recommend you use a brown pencil liner to emphasise your eyecolour and let your tan do the talking. To make your eyes look bigger apply more heavily towards the outside corner of your eyes, and use a brown/black mascara to open up your eyes.
Black eyeliner is best for smudgy, smoky looks during the evening.

Really, I think a dark charcoal would be sufficient and perhaps a little softer. Sometimes a person's eye makeup is so dramatic it detracts from the actual eyes and conversation. Then one finds themselves staring at the eye makeup and liner. Maybe in the nightclub it would look good - I hear MAC has some really good colors.

When you need to call someone's attention, catch someone eyes. If you wanna feel sexy you should really wear it, besides that shows attitude and self-confidence. And if you wear too much then maybe people will think you've got an evil side, so sounds quite interesting, keep your eyeliner on!

some people look good in eyeliner and others dont some people really over do it also some people should only put it on bottem some people both the top and the bottem you should only put eyeliner right under & above your eyelishes or you'll (no offense) turn out looking like a hore

Do black for night time to add "drama" to the eye.
For the day try a nice brown shade.

I think black liner inside the bottom rim for nite time events with smokey liner and shadow....gold shimmer on the cheeks and brows, then light lips...makes a sexy eye-like mary j. blige...
Check out models or celeb's pics who look similar to you, eye color, skin color, etc. Then copy their look. Have fun and dont be too serious about it, its only makeup.

if you're going for the look to highlight your eyes, then pull down your bottom eyelid a bit and put a little bit of eyeliner where your eyelashes start. then load up with mascara on your top eyelashes.

i wear black eyeliner all the time. apply black pencil eyeliner on the inner part of your lower eyelids that will bring out the color of ur eyes.

With your skin tone, black eyeliner is not a good idea, I suggest khaki colored or medium brown instead to enhance your skin tone and eye color.

black really doesn't look good on most people I don't think, I'd say wear a deep purple, it would compliment your brown eyes, and wear it most heavily at night or when going out around the town.
