It's like all the time or when i'm standing up talking to one of my friends, and i get that funny feeling that someone is looking and i see her staring at me..why is he staring at me?

If she is looking at u with a bad look on her face stay at least 15 metres away at all times (I think mace cant get u at that distance).
If she is grinning/smiling wave,go over & talk to her & u never know u might get a date.
PS maybe u have a big weepy zit on your forehead & she's waiting for it to "pop".

She is apparently interested in you, and is trying to let you know it.
Next time this happens, smile and wave to her, and then see what happens. I have learned that getting to know any girl is worth the time. Some times you hit a home run, and some times you strike out. But, at least you are in the game!
