Never thought I'd say it but I agree totally. It's all fine and well to be a progressive country but our government has badly let us down because they passed immigration rules without thinking of the consequences to our own citizens. With respect they should have looked at America to see what could and did happen by not making sufficient conditions regarding the immigration of aliens. Powell was right in his Rivers of Blood speech way back in '68, the populance knows it, but the government still buries its head in the sand. We've become a melting pot, a prime example of all that's bad about opening the floodgates and not listening to the people. Sadly it's too late to turn back the clock, the damage is done and it's we Brits who are suffering the consequences.

I think there is a serious question in there somewhere. Plenty of us Britons can see what is happening and despair for our once great country. The problem is there is a lot of money being made by the bosses employing cheap labour, and the government encourages this influx of aliens because these people mostly vote Labour. To the people on here who say get out if you don't like it.I say have you spilt YOUR blood for this country and it's way of life ? Because I have.

99% of the population do realise what is happening to our country , that we are being "Invaded" by thousands of Immigrants from all over the world and are desperately worried and in fear as to where this is leading us , seeing our country being "Swamped" by immigrants Legal and Illegal, seeing our Social Services Overloaded to breaking point, N H S ,Education, and Taxes Rising and Rising Relentlessly. with the Indiginous Population being treated appalingly and pushed to one side. But we are defenceless because we have a Government who appears to hate it,s own countrymen and our way of life , which we have held so dear for decades, a Government which is dedicated to paying homage to all comers , at the expense of the British Taxpayer and our Freedom and Rights being deliberately Ignored

Could not agree more my friend, but unfortunately can't do a lot about it. I, like many others, have started to vote BNP in the last 2/3 years.

You have a valid point but people in the UK are too afraid to say these things for fear of being called racist.
