Use Aloe Vera lotion on the sunburned area routinely (at least 3-4 times a day). It pulls the heat out of the burn and helps it to heal quickly. Make sure the area gets plenty of air and keep your showers cool. There are a ton of Aloe Vera products out there that don't cost much and work great... apply it generously and you'll notice a huge difference overnight.

There is no "fast" way to get rid of a sunburn. Just take some asprin to take the pain away, use aloe vera, and make sure you moisturize to prevent peeling.
Other than that make sure you use sunscreen when you're out in the sun. Re-apply after 4 hours, or after you go in the water or sweat a lot.

What I have always done is to soak in the tub to which vinegar has been added (takes the sting out a little), then apply, apply more, and still apply aloe vera gel as often as you need it. Buy the good stuff that comes in a huge bottle, get gel, not lotion. Low doses of aspirin help keep swelling down and help the stingy too. I swear that I have healed faster doing that.

There is no faster or easier way to get rid of it. I had one and it lasted forever and peeled forever. Time is the cure. I used aloe and moisturizing lotions to help the pain and heat but that's about all I could do.

i'm not sure if it's fast, but it's soothing...you could use aloe vera gel (found in drug stores) on it.
