I suggest the following all-natural supplements:
GLA Complex: regains hormonal imbalance by minimizing fluctuations due to nutrient deficiency
B Complex: helps regain hormonal imbalance; reduces stress; reduces water retention
Performance: helps regulate electrolytes
Alfalfa Complex: reduces trace mineral deficiencies; reduces water retention
Lecithin: insulates nerve bundles
Vita-C: increase glandular health
Calcium/Magnesium: reduces cramps; reduces insomnia
Hope this is helpful and for more info or the website, feel free to contact me.

I recommend calcium-magnesium-zinc tabs 3 times a day with meals. Dong quai, vitex (chaste berry), Wobenzyme or pancreatin or bromelain may help some, Take a good multi like swanson vitamin's High Potency Soft Multiple, and EFA Complete for essential fatty acids to help regulate and normalize your cycles.

Calcium magnesium is really great for cramps, we should all take it daily anyway but that's an added benefit!
