Dick Lee has an eye for talent. Without him, Rahimah wont be a finalist. ;)
But one thing I noticed with Dick Lee that he is sensitive to movements done by Singapore Idol contestants in relation to the song. He knew whether they act clumsily or the contestant moved so much or if they stand like a statue. He also make sensible comments too.
I couldnt imagine Singapore Idol without him. He's just needed to be there.
