YES , YOU ARE RIGHT. It was predicted that in the last days, mothers would be without natural affection.Born babies left in garbage cans, parks. I once heard a grand mother tell her daughter to abort when she was divorcing. I was in ear shot. I said Why don't you kill the live one. She said , but she's alive. I said, this one isn't. The baby was born , that was 22 years ago. That baby was the love of her life, in tears she thanked me for telling her life begins at conception. Law can't make that decision because it's inconvenient. In some future date nursing homes may be inconvenient and every one over 70 can be legally eliminated. Stop it now.

Every women has a right to do what she wants with her body, but I dont think that abortion is an answer. Id think that instead of killing a baby, they should go on through the 9 months of pregnancy and after the baby is born, give the baby up for adoption. Its better than killing an innocent child or killing a future doctor that figures out the cure for cancer or some other disease.

I don't agree, do you realize that one in every 100 conceptions results in a miscarriage. Do you realize that a lot of young girls don't consider adoption because of the costs, not only financially but within their families. The woman has the right to chose, which all women do, and it isn't simply a question of "murder", murder of a group of cells that doesn't always live anyway, it is a question of what kind of a life would this child have, whether being raised by a young mother or as they get older thinking back with angst of their birth parent. It isn't your right to dictate to a person what is right or wrong, it isn't your right to classify something as murder, as it legally is not. This country is infested with people who have no real understanding of the minds of people who would have an abortion. Our country is infested with people like you. And if you think i don't have any clue, think about this, i have a daughter, i was 17 i know what goes through your mind, i know what it does to your life. I wouldn't think any less of a woman who chose to have an abortion, its their choice, and you need to respect that.

It says in the bible that killing a fetus is not murder:

Exodus 21:22-25 is a special text to consider. This text is a pivotal text in the abortion debate. The text is cited below:

22 “If men struggle with each other and strike a woman with child so that she gives birth prematurely, yet there is no injury, he shall surely be fined as the woman’s husband may demand of him, and he shall pay as the judges decide. 23 But if there is any further injury, then you shall appoint as a penalty life for life, 24 eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, 25 burn for burn, wound for wound, bruise for bruise.”

Miscarriage interpretation says that Exodus 21:22-25 allows for abortion. Some see this passage as teaching that an unborn baby is only potentially a human. The text is interpreted to mean that if a woman is struck in a conflict between two men and she has a miscarriage and the baby dies, though the woman is uninjured, the man who struck the woman shall pay a fine as the judges decide. But, if the woman is injured the law of lex talionis i.e., eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth, life for a life will be enforced. It is argued that since the penalty for ending the life of a fetus is less than ending the life of a mother, the fetus must not be human. Therefore, abortion does not constitute the termination of a human life and is permissible.

I tyr not to judge people, because I dont know what it is like. I think it is murder, and that is a choice too big for someone to make. I don't see how people say it is not alive, what is it then, a seed?

We have so many things to prevent pregnancy in this day and age. Condoms for both genders and even speical ones if you are allergic to them, birth controle in a pill, shot or patch. We have many medical procedures and even the mouring after pill (which i support if they stop full fertilization). We also have amny forms of education to the public so they know about sex, and places hwere teenage mothers can have a chance to raise the baby safe or give it up for adoption. We have so many ways for a women to not get pregnate, so what is the excuse. People need to accet the responsibilites of sex.

As for the people who get raped or might die because of the baby, I think those precents are very low. I always change my mind of this part. But why make a mojority law baised on a minoty of people.

In the end, women have the right to chose, between not having sex or having sex, usuing condoms or not, using birth controle pills or what not, they have so many ways to not get pregnate, so why should we allow abortion, that is a choice that is to big to make. Abortion is not a black and white situation, and you ahve to look at all the parts. These are just my views

I Strongly Agree With You!!....But Sumtimes Abortion Is Best Expecially If The Mother Is To Young And Her Body Is Not Yet Developed, Or The Baby Is gonna live a horrible life, And There Is Adoption, All kinds Of Women Out There Cannot Have Kids, And Now we Have all these other woman who are having sex, gettin pregnant, then goin and killin innocent little lives. I wish Abortion could be made illegal, so all the irresponsible woman out there would have to deal with their consequences instead of killin em'...Who Agrees...?

I agree. It's murder. Excuses about too young aren't that great. They could just put the baby up for adoption. Abortion is a weak way out. Plus it's evil. Like, what if that child could end up being the person to discover the cure for AIDs or some other deadly disease? What if the child grows up to be someone who does something to improve the world? That's a reason people shouldn't get aborted.

Your thinking one sided about the siuation you gotta think about the young mother thats made a misktake and CANTTTTT tell her parents. Or the young girl put out on the streets selling her body for money she dosent want to carry some drug dealers baby . You gotta think about the young girl who has been molested and sexually abused by family. You may say give the baby up for adption but who wants to carry and deliver there own dads baby remember thats just the tip of the ice berg there are thosands of other scenarios you couldnt possibly fathem i kno whats its like livin in the hood i know the life style.ABORTION IS WRONG!!!!!!!! ok... lets get this straight.... if u think that all obortion is murder than your wrong... on some points i agree with you but its all about the point of view you look at it from. for exaple... lets say you were raped... you dont know the guy who did this to you and you were forced to have sex... at a young age or older, you dont want a kid because it would be confusing to the kid if it was born with out a real father and you never knew the actuall truth about the guy. and all you could tell the kid was that you were raped, and that at that time you werent ready to have a kid, that was unwanted. why would you want to put a child through that anyways. in that situation it would be ok to have an abortion.
but on the other hand if you were willing to have sex and you never followed procedure of caution of safe sex. that proves that it was all your falt, then they would have to go through the concequences of it all. but if its a young teenage girl than you wold have to let her have an abortion, i mean her life's future would be cut short by not going to school and having that time in school needed to have a future to grow up and support a child. and maybe when the kid is born if she gets pregnant that it would be really hard to give a baby up that was growing inside you for 9 months. look at that point of view and rethink what your question or statement was.

I have yet to know of a reason why abortion is okay. Even if you're raped, even if youre a teenager, that doesnt make the baby guilty of anything and worthy of death. In the case of a risk of life for the mother... I'd personally rather die taking that risk than assume the worse and kill the baby.

I lost a baby right about the time that i would have found out i was pregnant. Losing it then, at the size of a grain of rice, was horrific.

Its a baby unless you dont want it, and then they call it a fetus to make it seem less human, when the truth is its completely part of you from conception.

Women have been aborting their babies and practicing infantcide for eons, theres no reason to sell it as a medical procedure.
