Me and my girlfriend are planing to get married this up coming summer of 2007. the thing is i want to get married but i feel like i di'nt ask her properly. i mean i never asked will you marry me? i want to ask but i dont know if since we have plans if it would be weird. i want to do it to make it more romantic.

Did you get her a ring? You can buy her a ring...do a big romantic,special thing, and then instead of saying "will you marry me?", say "Since you've already agreed to be my wife, will you wear this ring?"

While it is still warm outside, go buy some tall candles (cintronella bamboo sticks or something) and set them
up in a park right before dark. Get some pretty stationery
and write a more romantic version of what you told us
and why you feel the need to propose? Get dressed really
sprucy and take her to the park. Light the candles, read your
romantic lines, drop to one knee and ask her to be your
woman forever, your earth, your day, your night, your princess,
your lover, your queen for life, your WIFE. Walk together into eternal bliss. That would be so so nice, especially if you find
the right park. Did you give her a ring? You're such a sweetie!

Many married couples go through an exchange of vows after many years of marriage. Take your bride to be to a nice dinner, and buy her some flowers, and pop the will you have me as your husband, lover and father of your children. Taking a lady for granted is like stepping out front a moving Shoo Choo train.
I suggest you make your proposal before you order your dinner. She may say," Absolutely not!" This way she can pay for her own meal.

Absolutely beautiful ! Such a good man. You go ahead and think of how you want to ask her, get it all planned out, and then when your ready to start, just tell her in your own way that it meant so much to you to do it right. What a doll you are!!

I don't think it would be weird. Take her to her favorite restaurant or the place you met and then get down on one knee and say what you just said: basically, that you wanted to make it proper, official, and romantic. I'm sure she'll love it.

Please ask her in a romantic traditional way!!! My husband didn't and I always think how nice it would have been to be able to tell our daughter someday. She will appreciate the gesture forever. I wish my husband had gotten down on one knee and proposed properly!

Why dont you just plan a very special evening, and tell her how much you love her and ask her ,"again".
Im sure she will love it.
spoil her with Flowers, Dinner, Wine, the whole bit , she will never forget it!!!

Tell her, you want to re-ask her and not to plan on knowing when. Suprise her...keep the romance of it, let her wonder when. Let her forget and then suprise her amidst guests.
