Not sure about Chicago area , but I know a good makeup Laura Mercier will cover up anything. The professionals use it everyday. So go to www.lauramericer.com I am sure there is somewhere there that will tell you where her stuff is sold..

How big is the tattoo? I use Shiseido Optimal Cover to conceal a small tattoo on my hand from time to time.
I got it at Sephora. I just walked in and told them what I need...they found me 2 colors of the concealer that I blend together.

I work for MAC and have actually compared dermablend with our studio finish concealer and ours worked much better! Just apply a layer and set with blot powder, repeat if necessary. There should be lots of MAC counters in your area.

they sell derma blend at any major department store in the mall...its for tatoos and major scars...will cover anything
