The earth moves at tens of thousands of kph around the sun. The sun moves at hundreds of km/s around the milky way. (217km/s apparently)
The galaxy is measurable but the universe in unimaginably big. Is the galaxy moving around the universe at a far higher speed than this? Could this speed be depicted as thousandths or hundredths' of C?
If yes, would there be severe time dilation between different galaxies if they were travelling at different speeds?
