Seriously, this answer might seem funny but I can assure you that it works. Use a masking tape as your nose strip. Leave it on your nose overnight. You'll see your blackheads when you "strip" it away the following morning.
For not so "quick" solutions, you can try the following:
1. Kojic Soap/Cream - This one gently peels your skin (it's micropeeling, so don't worry about walking around like a zombie) and this can actually lighten your complexion/dark spots. Aside from getting rid of blackheads in 1 week's time, it can also minimize your pore size, lighten your pimple marks, and dry up your zits.
2. Vitamin C Serum - Same effects as Kojic Soap/Cream except for the fact that it doesn't really peel your skin. It works internally.
3. St. Ives Apricot Scrub

put rubing alcohol on the blackheads but wash it off imediatly but watch out for your mouth and eyes after about 2 or 3 times they should be gone or at least really minimezed it burns like hell
