I love him but have not told him I love him, just like but I hate him as well because he went back on a promise to teach me how to play something. Should I forget him for a while and get on with my life or should I keep tell him I really love him? But he has a girlfriend as well.

Be friends with him. I know it kills you to talk to him and not being able to know that he may not even like you as a GF.. But I like this guy and I gave him a CD and a piece of candy and 1 day I got mad at him cuz he asked me for another piece so I said, "What?! What did you give me for the things I gave you and he said FRIENDSHIP." I was so happy and I liked him more and so now we are just friends.
