Go to the makeup consultant at your drug store, and ask her to point out the body moisturizers that have glitter in them. There is quite a few brands available, and they all make your skin "glow".

Start from basic skincare:
Do exfoliation to get rid of the dull layer of skin and ensure your skin is well-moisturised.
Natural Cosmetic:
Exercise regularly to pump blood circulation in your body and you should see rosy cheeks and having more engery makes a person glows. If you tan your skin right, single colour tone covers the dull areas well.
Using Skincare and Cosmetic:
1.Clarins Beauty Flash Balm: Instant radiance but some do not experience the effect. Ask for samples before buying.
2.Shimmers..Inovi have shimmering face base. I only use it at night.

Lots of water, vitamins, eat right, a good moisturizer and wash every night with St Ives Apricot scrub. Use a mask 2x week. St Ives also has a great blue clay facial mask.
