On my highschool volleyball team, most everyone generally wore nothing under their shorts (they weren't super-slutty or anything, it just worked best for them).

You don't want panty-lines in tight pants...ew. I think whatever that doesn't show through and is comfortable. Victoria's secret and many other lines at retail stores have panties that are lineless....I'd go with those....I think a thong may be a tad uncomfortable while playing volleyball.

panties or bike shorts. DO NOT try a thong! it can be painful! Trust me!! lol!

hehe ;) it depends on what kind of mood your in... i can't recal that training in thongs was very nice... so i go for panties (or nothing if they are good shorts... but thats maybe just me :P)

i suggest to wear panties coz it would be uncomfy if your going to use thongs.

I think the bikers shorts would be more comfortable, but it's your choice.
